Sonim provides a comprehensive 3 year warranty for the XP5. If during the guarantee period, the XP5 fails to operate under normal use and service, due to defects in design, material or workmanship, Sonim’s authorized distributors or service partners, in the United States where you purchased the product, will repair or replace at the sole discretion of Sonim, with the same or better model in the same or better condition. The repair or replace process under the standard comprehensive 3 year warranty may take up to 10 business days to complete.
Alternatively, Sonim provides an Advance Exchange service, which provides a replacement XP5 in 2 business days. The Advance Exchange service for the XP5 is $20 USD (per device) and covers 2-day shipping of the replacement phone and shipping of the return phone to Sonim.

Advance Exchange minimum order quantity is five, Advance Exchange is unavailable on less than five phones

Once your credit card payment is complete please call Sonim Support Team at 1.888.858.9460 (M-F, 24 hours) or send an email to support_usa@sonimtech.com to complete the Advance Exchange replacement of your XP5. Sonim ships 2nd day delivery advance replacement (same business day shipment when requested before 2pm EST). Sonim Support Team will email you instructions, RMA and shipping label to return the handset.
